There are a number of requirements that you must abide by when collecting an impounded vehicle. This form must be completed properly and in full by an authorized person or we will be unable to release the car. If you are sending someone else to collect your vehicle, they must be nominated at the base of the release form and this section must be occupied out whilst at the police station as well. If this section is not filled out in full when attending our holding yard we will not be qualified to release the vehicle to that person. This form will then need to be provided along with photo identification and payment to Swan Towing in order for us to be able to release the vehicle. Payment must be made in full to Swan Towing before a vehicle can be released. Payment can be made by EFT (account details are on the invoice), cash, eftpos or credit card on the day of release.
