As a consultant Chris has worked with both government and private sector organizations to enhance the quality and outcomes of training (including learning) and development in areas such as workplace cultural competency, leadership development, supervisory style, project management, and workplace systems. As a psychologist, performance consultant, Chris has worked with public and private sector organizations to enhance the quality and outcomes of training (including learning) and development in various areas including workplace cultural competency, leadership development, supervisory style, project management, and workplace systems. Glen comes to AIWT with a plethora of industry experience including recent labor in legal practice management and 14 years busy in the NCO sector developing and presenting personal development programs for Western Australian high school university students. Isabel started her career with AIWT way back in 2005. Earlier to joining us, Gill completed tertiary qualifications in Psychology and counseling and has accumulated immense experience in the areas of education, administration and counseling. Despite working for many organizations in her career, Gill still enjoys the culture and work environment at AIWT.
